摘要: 以范德堡方法为基础,对有孔情况下的范德堡公式进行了修正. 计算了圆环形材料范德堡公式仍适用的临界边界条件,总结出单个孔材料电阻率测量完整系统的方法. 对于多孔型材料,推导得出场强、电流和电阻率的定量公式,利用软件仿真、拟合定量和类比法求场强分布及电流值,求解电阻率. 拓宽了范德堡方法的应用条件.

Abstract: On the basis of Van der Pauw method,the Van der Pauw formula is simplified. Under the critical condition,the form of Van der Pauw formula is preserved,namely,the constant of the equation is modified and critical value is calculated. The complete method of measuring resistivity of single hole material is summarized. For the porous materials,the quantitative formula of field strength,current and resistivity are deduced. The problem is solved by software simulation,fitting quantitative and analogy method to find the distribution of field intensity and current value. The condition of application of the Van der Pauw method is extended.
