The Wigner functions play a significant role in quantum mechanics, quantum optics, thermodynam- ics and quantum statistics. Therefore, it has high research value to investigate the Wigner functions for neutral par- ticles with structure that moving in an external electromagnetic field. In this paper, first, we introduce the proper- ties and application of Wigner function. Then, we provide the Hamihonian of the polarized atom using the symmet- ric gauge. At last, by using Bopp shift, we solve the energy eigenvalue equation With the Moyal-Weyl star product, and obtain the energy levels and Wigner functions of the neutral particles in an external electromagnetic field.

Small lateral vibration of a flexible cable supported at the upper end is studied. First, a mathemati- cal model for describing the lateral vibration of a flexible cable supported at the upper end is established. Second, the exact analytical solution of the model, which satisfies the given boundary and initial conditions, is obtained by using a simple hypothesis method.

According to the microscdpic explanation of Ampere force in the traditional physics textbooks, a consequent question came from whether exists a certain inertial references system in which two relatively static homo -charges will attract each other. In order to find this, the Lorentz force formula in the relativistic approximation is firstly deduced, and then which is applied to the calcuiation of the electromagnetic force between two motion char- ges which are relative to each other stationary. Our results demonstrate that the attraction phenomenon between two relative static homo-charges should not occur in anyone inertial references system. By considering the influence of the equivalent opposite sign charges on the interaction force between two electricity metal conductors, a more com- prehensive microscopic explanation of Ampere force is proposed.

The equivalent permittivity and permeability of metamaterials can be generated by the interaction of electromagnetic waves with specific metal structured cell array. Using the unified description of the interaction by RLC series resonant circuit, we conclude that both the real part of the equivalent permittivity and permeability are negative when the incident wave frequency is greater but close to the resonant frequency; and the imaginary parts of them are positive in any case.

By calculating the Hamiltonian spectra of harmonic oscillators of five kinds: non-coupling reso- nance, non-coupling and coordinate coupling composed resonance, non-coupling and momentum coupling reso- nance, non-coupling and coordinate momentum crossed coupling resonance. Based on the analysis comparison, we have found the following results: first, for the existence of energy level difference which contained non-commuta- tion parameters, when non-commutation parameters are equal to zero, energy level difference which calculated is similar to energy level difference of harmonic oscillators for non coupling resonance, so as to demonstrate the validi- ty of the results ; second it shows that the coupling coefficient of coordinates, the coupling coefficient of momentum and the coefficient of compressibility are influence to energy level difference of harmonic oscillators ; third, for coor- dinate momentum crossed coupling resonance, coupling coefficient of coordinate and momentum which crossed has no effect on energy level difference of harmonic oscillators. A variety of coupled harmonic oscillator spectrum are calculated, the research is wide and comprehensive analysis.

The thickness of saponaceous-films is measured by using a Michelson interferometer with the white- light used for interference. Detailed study has been made for the influence of the number of layers of the films used on the interference pattern obtained, and the influence of the distinguishability of the zero-order interference stripe on the film thickness measured. With the widths of the interference stripes kept constant, measurements obtained with varies numbers of saponaceous-film layers are compared ; Meanuhile, comparison of the measurements obtained with a constant number of layer but different widths of interference stripes are also carried out. The thickness at the centre of the films are calculated based on the data obtained, and the mechanisms causing the uncertainty of meas- urements in different measurement conditions are comparatively analyzed. In results, monolayer and double layers of saponaceous-films are more suitable for the measurement with relatively wider interference stripes. In contrast, a four-layer film system suits more for that using more narrow interference stripes.

: The "half-wave loss" phenomenon is directly ning the "light and dark" inteIfcrence fringes. Based on the shown by changing the interface medium and obtai- deduced distribution equation of interference pattern and the experimental data, we analyze quantitatively this phenomenon according to the calculation of the additional optical path difference produced by reflections on different medium surface. Moreover, the "half-wave loss" phe- nomenon is illustrated from another point of view by simulating the experimental results in the light of distribution e- quation of interference pattern.
