For any well-posed problem of the equation of wave motion or heat conduction with inhomogeneous boundary conditions in higher ( two or three) dimensions, an auxiliary problem is proposed. Using the solution of the latter, the original problem is transformed to one with homogeneous boundary conditions. This method for solving problems with inhomogeneous boundary conditions is widely applicable and easy to follow. Solutions for two examples are presented.

This paper analyzes the mechanics of global aerodyne that does circular motion on the horizontal rail. Using forces and moments balance of the motorcycle in the movement, the stress situation, the maximum speed and the body inclination of the motorcycle doing circular motion in the horizontal rail are analyzed. The maximum height of the rail is calculated.

The complex impedance network is different from the pure resistance network, and the change of the circuit element has a great influence on the equivalent complex impedance. In this paper, the equivalent complex impedance formula of the two terminal RC complex impedance network is studied by using the method of establishing the model of nonlinear difference equation. According to the different conditions of the potential, the universal formula of the equivalent complex impedance of RC ladder network under different conditions is studied by using the complex analysis method, and the equivalent capacitance formula of pure capacitance network is obtained naturally.

The thermal conductivity of liquid at different temperatures has been measured by using the stableplate method.Six methods such as linear fitting, progressive difference and so on,are used in the calculation of cooling rate. Meanwhile, the corresponding thermal conductivity coefficients have been calculated. The final thermal conductivity calculation results show that the result given by linear fitting among the six different ways is the best.

An experimental apparatus is described, which can be used to measure the depth of optical elements based on the Michelson interferometer. Firstly, the basic theory of a Michelson interferometer is analyzed. Secondly,a Michelson interferometer optical setup is built to measure the depth of the glass slide,it used CCD and computerto capture and observe interference fringes, and MATLAB software is applied for image processing. Finally, the factors affecting the measurement accuracy is given. Experimental results show that it can be more accurate and convenient which use the Michelson interferometer to measure element thickness with the help of MATLAB software.

Simulation technique has been widely used in the teaching center of experimental physics,China University of Geosciences,Beijing for almost 20 years. In order to figure out how the students think about this technique and how much it has positive effect on their learning,we have handed out the questionnaires to the students who have gone through the whole line of the simulation system. The result shows that the students are not really used to the system although they are aware and agree that the simulation system is good for them. In the last part of the paper, the useful suggestions are proposed.

The argument in this paper is how to strengthen students’independent innovation consciousness in the textbook of 《University Physics Demonstration Experiment》. Supporting my position is that the innovative thinking is mixed point by point through to the practice teaching of demonstration experiment of university physics by the introduction of the compiling of the textbook of 《University Physics Demonstration Experiment》. Such a conclusion would be that the cultivation of independent innovation ability not only have innovative ideas, but also be effectively implemented in the practical activities of the university physics demonstration experiment
