气压式杨氏模量测量仪

摘要: 针对传统杨氏模量测量仪的缺点,对其进行气压式设计改进.改进只需在原有实验仪器的基础上,将由挂钩跟砝码 构成的加力机构用气压加力装置替代.气压加力装置的使用可以有效解决金属丝的晃动问题,可以在测量中精确、连续地选取拉力的大小,有利于准确测量出金属丝的杨氏模量.并且消除了教学中砝码砸伤学生的安全隐患.气压式杨氏模量测量仪能够有效解决传统的杨氏模量测定实验存在的缺点,学生能够独立、方便地完成实验,满足学生的学习需求.

Abstract: In this paper,we give air - based designs on the experiment of measuring Young’s module by stretching. We replace standard weights with air-driven equipment. The air-based instrument can stop shaking of metal wire,and the experimenter can select the size of tension accurately and continuously in the experiment. In this way, the experimenter can measure the Young’s modulus of metal wire accurately. Another, the air - based instrument can avoid weight hurt students. The air-based instrument of measuring Young’s module by stretching can effectively solve the difficulties in the traditional experiment and meet the learning needs of students.
