一种双毛细管液体黏度测量方法

摘要: 当流体流过一段毛细管时会发生水头损失,其与管长有关,利用这一原理让液体流过两段相同内径而长度不同的 直毛细管,控制两段毛细管上液体的流出端到液面的垂直距离相等,则相同时间内流出两段毛细管的液体质量比与液体的黏度相关.通过测量这一质量比就可以得到液体的黏度.

Abstract: When fluid flows through a capillary,head losses will be occurred,which relates to the length of the capillary. With this principle,we make the liquid flow through two capillaries,whose inner diameters are the same while lengths are different. Controlling the same perpendicular distances from the outflow end of capillaries to liquid level,and measuring the ratio of liquid mass flowing from two capillaries in the same time,the viscosity of this liquid can be obtained theoretically by calculation.
