摘要/Abstract

摘要： 介绍了利用光强分布测试仪测量蔗糖溶液的旋光率及其浓度的方法．用光强分布测试仪测量光强，采用数字检流计采集数据，通过马吕斯定律计算出旋光度，从而求出蔗糖溶液的旋光率及其浓度．详细介绍了测量原理，并通过实例介绍了具体测量方法，给出了实验结果．

关键词: 光强分布测试仪, 旋光率, 偏振光, 马吕斯定律

Abstract: Introduced the use of light intensity distribution of test measured the rotation rate of sucrose solution and the concentration method of measurement of light intensity distribution of light intensity tester, using digital galvanometer collect data, and calculate the rotation through the Malus law degrees, and thus sucrose solution derived rotation rate and concentration, details of its measuring principle, and through example to illustrate the measurement method, and shows the experimental results.
