摘要: 利用量子不变量理论,讨论了交流电流源作用下介观LC电路系统动力学的演化,得到描述系统量子态随时间的演化算符.分析结果表明:在考虑了介观电容器极板间电子波函数的耦合作用后,介观电路系统将由初态演化到压缩态.

Abstract: The dynamical evolution of mesoscopic LC circuit with alternating source is discussed by quantum invariant theory. The time evolution operator of the quantum state is obtained. Analytical results indicate that the system will evolve from initial state to squeezed state when the coupling effects from electron wavefunctions between mesoscopic capacitor plates are taking into account.
