NTC热敏电阻校正方程的不确定度评价

摘要: 为了提高NTC热敏电阻的测温精度,讨论了两类NTC热敏电阻校正方程.首先,采用基于MATLAB的最小二乘法分别求出两类方程的系数,然后采用A类测量标准不确定度对两类校正方程的拟合精度进行评价,求得精度较高的NTC热敏电阻校正方程.最后,通过对实验室水温测量的实例中说明,NTC热敏电阻线性化校正方程能够在实际教学实验所需环境中得到良好的应用.

Abstract: In order to improve measuring-temperature accuracy of the NTC thermistors, we discuss two NTC thermistors calibration equations. Firstly, we use the least square method to solve coefficients of equation with MATLAB, and then use a measurement standard uncertainty on two kinds of correction equations to fit precision evaluation, achieve high precision NTC thermistor correction equation. Finally, based on the cases of water temperature measureruent in the laboratory, NTC thermistor linear correction equation can be used in the actual teaching experiment environment.
