摘要: 计算了椭球型等能面的回旋共振有效质量.证明了回旋共振有效质量与垂直于外磁场的截面选取无关.当外磁场的方向确定时,椭球型等能面上所有电子的回旋共振有效质量相等.

Abstract: The effective mass of cyclotron resonance electron on the ellipsoidal energy surface is calculated.The effective mass of cyclotron electron is irrelative with selections which are perpendicular to the applied magnetic field.For fixed direction of magnetic field,the effective mass of cyclotron resonance electron on the energy surface is consistent.
