不良导体导热系数智能测量系统的研制

摘要: 针对现有 “稳态法测量不良导体导热系数”教学实验装置的不足,结合单片机控制系统和 python语言编程对现有教学实验装置进行了智能化改进.利用 STC15F2K60S2单片机作为主控芯片,同时利用 DS18B20温度传感器、固态继电器、NRF24L01无线收发模块等组成控制系统,并编写上位机软件.改进后的实验装置能够自动控制加热盘温度、自动采集散热盘温度、快速且准确地计算不良导体导热系数,提高了测量精度和效率.

Abstract: In view of the shortcomings of the existing teaching experimental device of measuring the thermal conductivity of poor conductor by steady-state method,the existing teaching experimental device was intelligently improved by combining the single-chip microcomputer control system with python languageprogramming. The STC15F2K60S2 single-chip microcomputer was used as the main controlchip. DS18B20 temperature sensor, solid-state relayand NRF24L01 wireless transceiver module were used to form the controlsystem.NRF24L01 wire-less transceiver module was used to form the control system,and the upper computer software waswritten. The im-proved experimental device could automatically control the temperature of heating plate,automatically collect the temperature of heat dissipation plate, quickly and accurately calculate the thermal conductivity of poorconductors. The device improved the measurement accuracy and efficiency.
