光伏电池输出性能转换的实验研究

Experimental study on the correction of output performance for solar cells

摘要: 正确认识光伏电池在不同工作条件下输出性能的差异不仅是全面理解其非线性输出性能的关键,还是准确评估光伏组件户外发电能力的基础.本文论述了光伏电池在不同工作条件下输出性能转换的原理;通过搭建光伏电池输出性能的测试平台,测量了光伏电池在不同温度与光强条件下的电流电压曲线;结合理论公式和实验结果确定了不同条件下电流电压曲线的转换系数;将测量结果转化到标准测试条件并对转换结果的相对误差进行了评定.本实验转换结果的相对误差小于1%,能满足本科阶段的实验教学的要求.

Abstract: Studying the difference between the actual output performance and rated output performance for solar cells is not only the key of understanding electrical performance of solar cells, but also the basis of evaluating performance of solar modules in the field. In this paper, the principle of the correction of output performance for photovoltaic cells is discussed. The special experiment setup for testing solar cells performance is built. Then, the current-voltage(I-V) curves of the solar cell under different conditions are measured. The correction coefficients of I-V curves are determined by the theoretical equations and experimental results. The measured I-V curves are corrected to the standard test condition and compared with the rated I-V curve. Finally, the correction errors and the source of errors are analyzed. The relative errors of these corrected parameters are less than 1%, which can meet the requirements of the undergraduate experimental teaching.
