摘要

根据转动惯量的定义，运用计算转动惯量的质量投影法，计算了均质圆环胎刚体对转轴的转动惯量.

Abstract

According to the definition of rotational inertia，the mass projection method is used to calculate the rotational inertia.The rotational inertia of a circle tire uniform rigid body is calculated.
