信息技术的快速发展，对各行各业都产生了巨大冲击，大学的人才培养也不例外，这已引起了广泛关注.目前信息技 术对大学人才培养的影响主要还是在技术层面，即“互联网+教育”、“互联网+教学”的改革，而信息技术发展背后蕴含的量子 物理学原理或量子思维对大学人才培养的影响还未引起足够重视.本文正是从这个角度出发，分析了信息技术发展的物理学 特征，指出了新形势下大学的人才培养需要注意的关键点，最后重点探讨了在大学普及量子物理学知识、提升量子思维素养 的必要性，并给出了具体示范案例.

The advancement of information technology has made tremendous impact on varaiety of trades and professions，including university education，which has excited broad interests. Currently，the impact on university education is mainly in the technical level，such as reform of“Internet + education”and“Internet + teaching”reform.However，the quantum physics or quantum thinking behind the information technology has not drawn enough attention. From this point of view，this paper analyzes the physical characteristics of the development of information technology and give insights to the current university education. After that， the popularization of quantum physics and the necessity of quantum thinking in universities are disscussed and demostrated by our examples.
