摘要

介绍了如何把“半导体薄膜光电导效应”实验引入到探究型物理实验教学中,测量了不同膜厚的网状结构ZnO ∶Al薄 膜的光电导特性.本实验来自于科研成果,并且丰富了已有的物理实验教学的实验内容.此外,本文还总结了从科研成果转化 成为物理实验教学的实验内容应该具备的5 个基本的特点.

Abstract

A measurement of the photoconductivity of the semiconducting film can be used as the researchbased physics experiment. The conductivity of the network ZnO ∶Al films with different thickness is measured. The experiment can well train students’ability to analyze and solve problem. Finally,we summarize systematically the basic characteristics of the research-based physical experiment from the real research project.
