摘要

在FD-YC-II 型杨氏模量测定仪的基础上,用JCD3 型读数显微镜代替JC10 型读数显微镜.在室温下利用拉伸法测

1-0 型Vicryl 缝合线加载卸载时的轴向伸长量,得到了Vicryl 缝合线的应力-应变曲线、拉伸强度为518.824 MPa、断裂伸长率

为14.087%、屈服应力为76.8 MPa、屈服应变为1.57%,杨氏模量为81.505 MPa.最后测定了Vicryl 缝合线的应力-应变滞后

回线.

Abstract

On the basis of FD-YC-II Young’s modulus tester,JCD3 microscope is employed to instead JC10

microscope,and then by adding and reducing weight to Vicryl suture at room temperature,the axial elongation is

measured by stretching method. The stress - strain curve,tensile strength 518. 824 MPa,elongation at break

14.087%,yield strength 76.8 MPa,yield strain 1.57% and Young's modulus 81.505 MPa have been measured.

The stress-strain hysteresis loop of Vicryl suture is also obtained.
