本工作按性格类型、年龄段、抽烟与否、染发与否、长期食用外卖与否对采样人群进行分组，用X 荧光分析法测量了人发中重金属元素( Zn、Cu、Fe) 的含量，分析了重金属元素在不同人群头发中的含量差异. 结果表明: 精确型性格人群头发内Zn 元素含量显著高于外向型性格人群; 头发内Zn 元素含量随着人类年龄的增加大致呈现出先增加后减少的趋势，在20 ～ 30岁年龄段达到峰值; 吸烟者和染发者头发内Zn 元素含量偏低，Cu、Fe 元素含量偏高.

This study aims to examine the differences of heavy metal content among different human's hair. The hair samples are measured by Energy Dispersive X-ray Fluorescence analysis ( ED-XRF) ，which are divided into 15 groups according to volunteers'personality type，age and lifestyles. The results reveal: Accuracy personality people show significant higher content of Zinc in the hair than people from extroversion personality group; With the age increasing，the content of Zinc increases until forming a peak at 20-30 age group，and then the content of Zinc is falling down; It is found that the people smoking cigarette and having hair dyeing have higher Copper and Iron and lower Zinc on average but not significant.
