摘要

特斯拉阀是几何形状固定的被动式单向阀,近年来在微流体领域获得了广泛的关注及应用. 本文介绍了特斯拉阀

的工作原理及基本构型,分析了影响特斯拉阀工作性能的关键参数,并以分流角作为主要研究对象展开讨论. 采用COMSOL多物理场仿真软件模拟特斯拉阀内部流体的运动,利用3D 打印技术制作特斯拉阀,设计实验验证了模拟结果的正确性,详细分析了液体流量、分流角与压降比之间的关系,并得到在分流角为10o 时,特斯拉阀性能最佳的结论.

Abstract

Tesla valve is a passive oneway valve with fixed geometry structure. In recent years,it has gained wide attention and application in the field of microfluid. In this paper the working principle and basic configuration

of the Tesla valves are introduced. Some key parameters which affected the working performance of the Tesla valvesvare analyzed and the split angle is discussed as the main research object. The COMSOL multi-physics simulationvsoftware is used to simulate the internal fluid motion behavior of the Tesla valves. Tesla valves are fabricated by using 3D printing technology,and experiments are designed to verify the correctness of the simulation results. The relationship between the liquid flow rate,the split angle and the pressure drop ratio are analyzed in details,and the best performance of the Tesla valves is obtained at a split angle of 10o.
