摘要

本文提出了一种利用量热型激光功率计测量窄脉冲激光能量的方法. 测试了不同重复频率下脉冲激光的信号响应,结果表明,在脉冲激光重复频率不低于8 Hz、脉冲激光与功率计探头作用时间不低于4 s 的情况下,量热型激光功率计能够达到热平衡,利用读数能够计算出单个脉冲激光的平均能量.

Abstract

In this paper,a method is proposed to measure the laser energy of the narrow pulses by using a thermal power meter. The laser response is measured at different repetition frequencies. The results suggest that the calorimetric laser power meter can achieve heat balance when the frequency is higher than 8 Hz and the interaction time between the laser and the probe is not less than 4 s. The average energy of a single pulse laser can be calculated by the indicator.
