摘要

基于高度集成的Pixie-net 数字化仪,本实验利用长为1 m的塑料闪烁体谱仪测量了60Co源的能谱. 利用能谱上康普顿平台半高位置对长塑料闪烁体进行了位置刻度,结果表明刻度位置与放射源实际位置的偏差约为1~2 cm. 本实验的结果还说明Pixie-net 数字化仪拥有较强的信号处理能力,可以替代传统电子学的QDC(电荷数字转换),实现长塑料闪烁体的幅度信号定位功能.

Abstract

The energy spectrum of a 60Co source is measured by a 1-meter long plastic scintillator with a highly integrated Pixie-net digitizer. The position of the long plastic scintillator is calibrated by using the half-height position of Compton platform of 60Co sources. It is found that the difference between the calibration results and the actual position of radiation source is about 1~2 cm. The experimental results also show that the Pixi-net digitizer has strong ability to process the amplitude of a signal, and can replace QDC in the experiment of position sensitive plastic scintillator spectrometer.
