摘要

为了准确、快速、便捷的非接触测量液体的折射率,本文提出了一种利用线阵CCD测量透明液体折射率的方案,并设计了一种全新的测量液体折射率装置. 对该装置的光路进行精确设计,将其应用于液体折射率测量,对测量结果进行定量分析. 实验测量了不同浓度的乙醇溶液折射率,其相对误差小于0.6%.本装置结构简单、便携性好、测量操作简单、测量准确,实现了透明液体折射率的高精度测量.

Abstract

In order to measure the refractive index of liquid accurately, quickly and conveniently without contact, this paper presents a scheme to measure the refractive index of transparent liquid by using refraction method and linear CCD, and designs a new device to measure the refractive index of liquid. The optical path of the device is precisely designed and applied to the measurement of liquid refractive index, and the measurement results are quantitatively analyzed. The relative error of refractive index of ethanol solution with different concentration is less than 0.6%. The device has the advantages of simple structure, good portability, simple operation and accurate measurement, and achieves high precision measurement of refractive index of transparent liquid.
