Abstract: This paper briefly introduces the development of physics tournament in each stage of the senior high school，undergraduate stage and postgraduate stage in Nankai University，and the effective convergence of the physics tournament activities and other innovative activities in the undergraduate education stage. A sustainable and hierarchical innovative education network has been formed from senior middle school to graduate school.
