Abstract: This paper investigates history of Hall effect, quantum Hall effect, and quantum anomalous Hall effect. It emphasizes the Nobel prize in physics about quantum Hall effect research results in 1985, 1998 and 2010 as well as great achievement of the first time observed the quantum anomalous Hall effectin in Chinese laboratory.
