Abstract: We carry out a quantitative analysis on the experiment of liquid leaking back and forth through a small hole. Based on the result of the experiment, we conclude that the period of the leaking of the liquid is inversely proportional to the hole＇ s diameter raised to the power of 2.84. The conclusion from the experiment goes against some theoretical analysis.
