Abstract: The principle of wide-field optical coherence tomography is described, and the relationship between imaging resolution and coherence length is studied. The system optical path can be adjusted fast and reliably according to Michelson interferometer and equal-thickness principle. Thue the follow-on experiments can be implemented. Finally a two-dimensional image is reconstructed by using step-8 phase-shifting method. In addition, WFOCT is introduced into college physics experiment, and it helps to understand the Michelson interferometer and improve the preliminary scientific research ability of students.
