Abstract: The spacercraft（particle） took off from the ground to return to the ground the whole bell slow effect is discussed by three-dimensional acceleration effect. It is concluded that the bell slow effect depends only on the relative speed of movement, without any acceleration. No matter how experienced acceleration, from the whole earth standard bell spacecraft standard bell total travel time ratio remaines unchanged.
