Abstract: This paper introduces a generalized photoelectric effect theory——photoelectric produced by electriferous strap,puts forward a ＂net energy conservation＇s＂photoelectric equation,not only does some analysis for electron＇s work function,but also in the case under the influence of temperature on the photoelectric effect 300 K done a discussion on the charged and uncharged metal plates.
