Abstract: Many transmission properties of probability wave satisfying the Schrdinger equation are similar electromagnetic wave. The exit point of electromagnetic wave totally reflected by interface separating two deferent refractive index media experiences the Goos-Hnchen shift corresponding to the incident point. The Goos-Hnchen shift also takes place in the probability wave. In this paper,the expression of the Goos -Hnchen shift in the probability wave is deduced when it pierces through the rectangular potential barrier,and the relationships with incident angle. The width of potential barrier and electronic energy are also discussed.
