Investigations on the phonon scattering to the carrier transport

Abstract: The interaction induced by lattice vibration to the carriers transport in solid materials is analyzed,the long acoustic wave scattering interaction is focused.Using the Boltzmann transport theory to describe the carrier transport,this paper gives the elaborate analyses and calculation formula of carriers mobility originating from the deformation potential scattering and the piezoelectric scattering interactions.
