Study of the steady flow of ideal gas in horizontal stream tubes

Abstract: The fundamental properties of the compressible flow are discussed based on the steady flow of ideal gas in a horizontal stream tube,and are compared with those of ideal fluids. The condition in which the compressibility of gases is ignorable that is also analyzed.
