The moment of inertia of ring and torsional ring with elliptic cross section

Abstract

Abstract: The mathematical models of rings and torsional rings with elliptical cross section are established.According to the definition，the moment of inertia and the product of inertia about three coordinate axes are calculated. The calculation process is simplified by making full use of the symmetry of the section figure. Some useful conclusions and results are obtained.
