The energy level gap in the Frank-Hertz experiment has cyclical nature. In this paper，we introduce design and verification of the approaches for analyzing the experimental data of Frank -Hertz experiment by the spectral analysis method. The results have shown that the energy level gap is revealed and the present method has high accuracy and greatly intuitive.
