The paper accounts the seven women physicists who received PhD abroad in the early of the twentieth century before new China. They studied respectively in USA，Germany and UK，and made outstanding achievements in spectroscopy，metal physics，statistical physics and nuclear physics during abroad and after their return. Their researches abroad are introduced and analyzed systemically，which can provide some enlightenments to us.
