With　the　help　of　the　symbolic　computation　system　Mathematica，the　new　exact　solutions　of the(2+1)-dimensional　dispersive　long　wave　equation　are　derived　in　terms　of　both　extended　F/G-expansion method and　variable　separation　method.By　choosing　the　appropriate　function，the　bright　and　dark dromion　solution　and　the　periodic　solitary　wave　solution　of　the(2+1)-dimensional　dissipative　long　wave equation　are　obtained.
