The　rolling　motion　of　wheel　is　decomposed　into　placement　of　center　of　mass(COM)and　rotation around　the　COM　axis.The　parametric　equation　of　wheel　and　road　is　deduced　from　the　conditions　that velocity　of　contact　point　is　equal　to　zero　and　the　height　of　COM　is　constant.An　example　of　tricycle　of　elliptical wheel　and　see-saw　road　is　given.The　animation　of　rolling　and　model　are　also　given.
