Based on Kirchhoff diffraction theory and Fresnel zone-plate theory，an ultrasonic lens is designed and produced. This lens successfully focused acoustic wave in the experiments，while simulations precisely　described experiments' results. When the distance between lens and source ( D) or number of lens' rings ( N) is changed，the 1D acoustic distribution illustrated that the later is a more magnificent variance.
