Abstract

A measurement of the photoconductivity of the semiconducting film can be used as the researchbased physics experiment. The conductivity of the network ZnO ∶Al films with different thickness is measured. The experiment can well train students’ability to analyze and solve problem. Finally，we summarize systematically the basic characteristics of the research-based physical experiment from the real research project.
