Based on the carefully analyzing and calculating the stochastic error of pointer avometer，which is caused by basic error of galvanometer in measuring resistance ( contain zeroing) on the whole physical process，the measurement formula of uncertainty is derived to obtain the best measuring range of ohmmeter again，to compare and analyze the relevant formulations of textbooks and documents.
