The paper provides a simple experimental device to enable students to better understand the relationship between momentum and impulse， and to verify momentum theorem through simple mathematical processing. Teachers can use the experiment to carry out IBSE ( Inquiry Based Science Education) activities for deepen students' understanding of the basic concepts of physics and can effectively cultivate students' hands-on practical ability.
