The concepts of blackbody radiation and stimulated radiation are very basic for students majoring in optoelectronics. Introducing these concepts through the teaching of photon gas chapter in statistical physics course systematically is very important for their acquisition of professional knowledge comprehensively. We introduce the teaching process summarized through practice, and analyzes some details concretely.
