Abstract

This paper uses the index notation to derive the laws of conservation of energy, momentum and angular momentum of the electromagnetic field, which is characterized by clear physical ideas and unequivocal direction of derivation; natural introduction and intelligible meaning of physical quantities; convenient mathematical operations and relatively low difficulty.
