Nvivo video analysis technology is used to analyze the excellent teaching videos of 3 different topics of "Gezhi Cup Teaching Skills Competition" based on cloud model analysis system. From the three aspects of classroom behavior distribution, cloud model basic parameters and classroom behavior evaluation, the classroom behavior of excellent teaching skills competition video is comprehensively analyzed, which provides a model and reference for the analysis of different types of classroom teaching behavior. The results show that the classroom behavior richness of the video is relatively low, but there are differences among different levels of classes; The classroom focus tends to the teacher's speech behavior, which belongs to the lecture-type classroom teaching model; Evaluation function can be used to evaluate the teaching level, and there are still differences among the three classroom teaching levels.
