Abstract

Students as nongovernmentfunded pedagogical students are subordinate to pedagogical students while they shall not enjoy privileges belonging to governmentfunded ones. As a result, their appeals which should have been paid attention to are now becoming stronger with the population increasing. The conclusion shows that the nongovernmentfunded pedagogical students’ academic performance is significantly greater than governmentfunded ones. Their academic motivation mainly arouses from inner motivation. Their academic stress mainly arouses from competition in curricula. Their academic planning is influenced by both inner and outer factors. Suggestions concerning students, administrators, and policy are put forward based on the analysis of causes.
