摘要/Abstract

摘要： 运用光谱技术进行物质的定性定量分析，这一方法在基础科学和应用科学的研究中已被广泛使用．通过光学多通道分析器（Optical Multi-channel Analyzer，简称OMA），分析研究了叶绿素分子的吸收光谱特性．此实验可方便地应用于大学物理、化学及生物专业的实验教学中，增强学生对跨学科知识的了解，提高他们的综合研究能力。

Abstract: The characteristics of the absorption spectra of chlorophyll molecule are studied and analyzed with optical multi-channel analyzer （OMA）. The experiment demonstrated can be directly applied to corresponding experimental courses in universities. To the students, it can improve their knowledge of cross-field between different subjects, and the integrative ability of research.
