On improving the transmission of GSZF-4 Michaelson interferometer

摘要: 通过对迈克耳孙干涉仪的全程测量数据分析,发现了波长测量误差的变化规律,找到了测量误差的主要来源——传动比为20:1的机构.通过认真分析仪器的传动机构,找出了传动装置存在的缺陷,从而对装置提出了改进方法,并指出了提高现有仪器波长测量精度的措施.

Abstract: By analyzing the full measurement range data of Michaelson interferometer, the regular variation pattern of wavelength measurement errors is found out, the main cause of the measurement errors the device with the transmission ratioof 20:1 is discovered. Furthermore, the concrete methods for ameliorating the device are proposed.
