Abstract: The contents and results of study on the electrical properties of ZnO thin films varistor were introduced into the experimental teaching including the research-based professional physical experiments, public elective experiments, USRP activities and subjects of college physics contest. We have being explored on the combining teaching with scientific researching, which can well train students with the practice ability, creative ability and the idea and method of scientific researching.
