摘要： 介绍著名物理学家巴丁两次获诺贝尔物理学奖的科学探索历程；回顾了巴丁对中国的两次访问和对中国科技、教育发展的关注与支持；从巴丁的科学精神和他善于发挥个人智慧与科学团队的集体创造力中汲取有益的启示与思考．

关键词: 巴丁与中国, 诺贝尔奖, 科研团队, 科学探索精神

Abstract: The process of scientific research for the famous physical scientist Bardeen, which led to his two Nobel Prizes, is introduced. Systematical reviews for Bardeen visiting to China twice as well as his concern and support to the education and development of science and technology of China are performed. It draws some lessons from the way of Bardeen building scientific research team, in which he combined individual intelligence and collective creativity.
