摘要: 本实验设计了一个测量红外发光二极管(RLED)各种特性的系统平台.该系统集电学、光学等相关知识,可测量RLED的电流一电压关系、电流一光强度关系、光谱分布特性、发光强度角分布特性,还可研究占空比对发光强度的影响.该系统具有成本低、灵敏度高、易操作等特点,可作为综合性研究性实验而用于大学物理实验教学.

Abstract: An experimental system for measuring properties of the infrared light-emitting diode (RLED) is designed. The relationships of current-voltage, current-light intensity, spectral distribution, angular distribution of luminous intensity and duty-luminous intensity are investigated. As low-cost, high sensitivity and easy operation, the system can be used for physics experiment teaching.
