电磁抛投器结构仿真分析与设置

摘要: 论文首先介绍了目前抛投器发展现状,根据现有抛投器的技术参数,提出了一种采用电磁力给抛投器提供动力的新方式.综合分析电磁发射技术3种经典方式,选取线圈型电磁发射方式应用于电磁抛投器结构设计.最后利用COMSOL Muhiphysics软件对这种新型电磁抛投器的次级抛体壁厚、孔径和初始发射位置3个基本结构参数进行仿真分析,优化电磁抛投器结构设置.

Abstract: According to the technical parameters of existing throwing device, the current development of thro- wing device is firstly introduced, a new method is also put forward by using electromagnetic force for the throwing device's power. By analying three classical methods of electromagnetic emission technique, the coil electromagnetic emission method is applied to the design of electromagnetic throwing device's structure. At last, by using the soft- ware COMSOL Multiphysics, the three basic structural parameters of electromagnetic throwing device are simulated and analysed, namely, wall thickness of projectile, aperture of projectile and the initial launch position of projectile. The structure set of electromagnetic throwing device is optimized.
