摘要： 讨论了三层电介质结构中不同位置的点电荷产生的电势分布、镜像力和镜像势,并运用镜像法求得了相关物理量的解析表达式.

Abstract: The electrostatics of a three-layered planar heterostructure is studied. The electric potential, the im- age force, and the image potential in each layer are obtained.
