摘要: 利用直接比较法(电压比等于电阻比)测量了发光二极管的正向伏安特性.实验表明,利用该比较法可以较为简便地表征非线性电阻元件的伏安特性.

Abstract: The comparison method of "voltage ratio equaling resistance ratio" is used to measure the voltagecurrent characteristic of light emitting diode. The experimental results indicate that the method of "voltage ratio equaling resistance ratio"cn be used to simply and conveniently measure the voltage-current characteristic of nonlinear element.
